Having bought an older lake home; of course we want to
change almost everything. Make it ours,
more current, more fun. Inside to
outside, we have begun the home’s transformation. The outside definitely needs some flair…I’m
thinking cedar shakes maybe hoping they will tie in well with the new red roof and give it more of a cottage feel.

We might possibly add a pergola somewhere out front and certainly some of our wooden welcome signs.
My husband (Eric), made this welcome sign about 3 months ago after seeing one very similar in a local shop. It's amazing what some odds and ends, old barn wood, and a love for creating can make. If you like it, let us know we can design and craft up something special and unique for you!
